Wedding music pricing

For starters, all pricing is negotiable (within reason). These figures are here to show you an approximation of the cost. For a personalized estimate, please call or email Stephen.

Pricing includes attendance at rehearsal, 20 minutes of prelude music (repertory listed below), processionals, wedding march, and recessional. Other options are included below. Feel free to ask about anything you don't see listed here.

  • Greater Dayton area: $250
  • Cincinnati: $350
  • Other areas: Call or email for quote
    Extras
  • Music played on organ instead of piano: $25
  • Accompaniment for songs during the wedding: $35 per song (includes one practice session with singer)
  • Specific song requests for prelude music: $10 per song for pop, country, etc. Price for classical depends on difficulty
  • Music during reception: $50 per hour
  • Electric bass, accordian or acoustic guitar: $40 per song

For prelude music, Stephen usually plays a mix of hymns, Celtic tunes, pop songs and appropriate classical music.

Note: $50 deposit is due at the time of booking, no exceptions. This reserves the wedding date, and ensures that, no matter what else happens in my life between now and then, I'll have at least enough money for a decent haircut and gas to get to the wedding. Money may be paid by personal check, money order, PayPal, or by credit card. You may pay the down payment on this page. The rest of the money is due by the wedding date.

Please designate a person to be the contact for financial matters. Obviously, the bride and groom will have more important things on their minds at the wedding.
